From the Scattered Petals, to the Blooming Flower
- "Quando folia floris veteris dispersa erunt, flos novus florebit ubi flos vetus fuerit." ("When the petals of the old flower have scattered, a new flower will bloom where the old one once was.")
From the Scattered Petals, to the Blooming Flower (散った花びらより、咲く花まで, Chitta Hanabira yori, Saku Hana made), or Chitasaku (ちたさく) for short, is a story set in a universe similar to that of Innocence Seekers. It follows a group of young girls, who are students of Mikura Elementary School, as they come to terms with the fact that monsters have started appearing all over the world, as well as use their new powers to find a way to prevent humanity's otherwise-inevitable extinction.

Relationship to Innocence Seekers
- While the two series are set in different universes, they are considered to be part of the same multiverse, as parallel universes. This can be seen in the many similarities between the two universes, such as the magic system.
- In the Chitasaku universe, magical girls do not even exist until the day the monsters arrived on Earth, at which point the main characters become magical girls. In comparison, in the Innocence Seekers universe, magical girls are plentiful and are found across the galaxy.
Trivia
- Teru's character design was partially inspired by Akari Kuritani of Innocence Seekers: The Black Rose.
- The elements associated with each character directly correspond to their star sign (e.g. Teru, a Leo, has fire as her preferred element; Amane, a Scorpio, prefers water).
- Teru's, Hinata's and Kana's names all relate to the sun in one way or another. In Teru's case, the noun 照り teri (the infinitive/continuative of 照る teru, meaning "to shine") can mean "sunlight". Hinata's given name literally means "sunny place" or "in the sun". Kana's family name, Asahina, has the kanji for "sun" in it (the noun 朝日 asahi means "morning sun").
