The topic of this blog post is translations of Innocence Seekers: April Light. The original stories are written in English; however, I understand that not everyone prefers reading them in English. As such, I plan to have the stories translated into other languages. However, translation takes a lot of effort, and given my workload regarding Innocence Seekers, I may not have enough time to research languages and translate my stories.
As such, I wouldn’t mind if you were willing to take on the job of translating some of my stories. You can contact me via e-mail at “meihi” at this domain name (omit the “www” part). As for me, I may work on adding translation notes for Japanese. In addition, I may work on actually translating the stories to Japanese. The following is a translated snippet of the first episode:
若葉「卯月ちゃん、私たち、戦いたくないかも知れない。今の人生を送ることいいと思うかも知れない、私もそう思う。でも水城ちゃんは自分の運命から逃げてはいけないと教えてくれた。運命を堪え忍ぶか、運命と戦うかどちらかだ。卯月ちゃん、逃げたいだけか？」
卯月「みんな……」
あおい「卯月ちゃん、あなたはまだ弥生ちゃんの妹だよ。弥生ちゃんと同じく、魔法少女の力がある。尋ねることは、その力を使おうか？」
卯月「私……私は、使おう、大切な人を守りたいから。」
